Vaults are the core of Tholos. Each vault holds assets and has its own set of signers and approval rules. You can create Standard or Flex vaults depending on your team’s needs — Standard vaults use a fixed signer set with a defined threshold, while Flex vaults allow more granular control over who can approve different types of transactions.
Send and Receive Digital Assets
Send and receive tokens and NFTs across any of the 25+ supported blockchains. All outgoing transactions require multi-signature approval from your vault’s signers, so no single person can move funds on their own.
Connect to Decentralized Applications
Use WalletConnect to connect your Tholos vault to decentralized applications directly. Interact with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and other onchain services while keeping your assets in your self-custodial vault.
Set Up Governance Policies
Define approval rules that match your organization’s risk tolerance. Set signing thresholds, require specific approvers for high-value transactions, and configure policies that enforce your team’s internal controls.
Manage Team Roles and Permissions

Download your vault’s full transaction history for accounting, auditing, or compliance reporting. Exports include all relevant details such as timestamps, amounts, signers, and transaction hashes.
Back Up and Recover Vault Access
Tholos provides a secure backup and recovery process so your team never loses access to its assets. Back up your vault key shares and follow the recovery flow if a signer’s device is lost or replaced.
